Common questions about contacting us
No. Listing is free while we build out the directory. You control your profile details, including hours, languages and pricing, and you can ask us to update or remove your listing at any time.
We check every submission against publicly available USCIS records before publishing a listing. If we cannot confirm a current designation, we will email you before adding the practice.
Use the "Get help" form above, choose "A listing has wrong or outdated details", and paste the page link. Reports like these are the fastest way for us to keep the directory accurate, and we act on them quickly.
Yes. Tell us your city and state in the help form and we will point you to the nearest designated civil surgeons. Many applicants travel to a larger nearby city for the exam, and a virtual pre-consult can help you prepare so the in person visit is quick.
No. USCISMD is an independent directory and is not USCIS. We have no access to your case or your file. For case status, contact USCIS directly or check your account on the USCIS website.
We use what you send only to reply to you or to process a listing request. Please do not send sensitive details such as your A-number, passport number or medical records through these forms, as they are not needed for us to help.
